Hi, I'm Victoria!

Having been practicing Yoga for over a decade and teaching for five happy years, I'm here to help you implement a consistent and well-informed Yoga practice from home, so that you can enjoy yourself and keep progressing!

While I adore the energy of a Yoga studio, my home practice has always been a key part of my Yoga journey. Practicing at home is how I make sure to stay consistent and how I keep making progress. My daily home practice is my way of caring for my physical, mental and emotional well-being - and it's also how I landed all of my coolest party tricks (hello hours and hours of practicing arm balances!). My wish is to guide you along on this beautiful, profound, fun and challenging Yoga journey, from the comfort of your own home.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, Home Practice Studio will be your loyal companion on the path. All you need is your Yoga mat and a desire to show up for yourself. You can leave the rest up to me :)
